2025 Street and Utilities Improvement Project
Please be advised that contractors working for the Village of Salem Lakes will be performing street and underground utility work in the following areas of the Village:
Work Area (Construction Period)
- 122nd St east of 224th Ave (End of May to end of June 2025) – Drainage Improvement
- Sunset Ridge Estates:113th St & 251st Ave (July 2025) – Paving Work
- 294th Avenue (July 2025) – Paving Work
- Stonehedge Subdivision: 247th Ave & 121st Pl (July 2025) – Paving Work
- Rock Lake Highlands, R.A. Cepek’s Cross Lake (east of STH 83), Montgomery Lake Highlands, Salem Oaks, 1st Eastern Addition to Salem, 88th Pl & 231st Pl (Late August 2025) – Route & Crack Sealing Work
Access to properties along these routes will be maintained with some temporary delays and disruptions that are typical
during Public Works construction projects.
Residents are encouraged to use caution in construction zones and we ask for your cooperation and patience during
these Village public works projects.
On-street parking and access to driveways will be limited at times to facilitate the project work.
Project field representatives will be available daily during the project work to answer questions and coordinate work
zone restrictions.
Construction work schedules are often impacted by weather conditions and are subject to change.
