ATV/UTV ORDINANCE

UTV/ATV INFORMATION

WHAT: The Village of Salem Lakes passed ordinances that allows ATV/UTV to be driven on VILLAGE MAINTAINED ROADS AND SELECTED COUNTY AND STATE ROADS (35mph or under).

WHEN: Operation hours are 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

VEHICLE should not exceed the speed limit on the road or 35 mph.

VEHICLE should be operated on paved surfaces.

NOTE: There is no additional permit required by Salem Lakes. However, VEHICLE and OPERATORS will comply with all federal, state, and local laws. This includes Safety certificates and insurance for all operators.
